In the event of any delays in the implementation attributable to the Customer extending beyond reasonable limits, Techila reserves the right to revisit the timelines and commercials and also may terminate the engagement. In the event of such termination, Customer agrees to remit payment for any outstanding amounts corresponding to the duly accomplished milestones.
Mode of Engagement and Delivery: Unless otherwise mentioned in this proposal, the quoted pricing is based on the assumption of a fully offshore engagement and a remote delivery model. Any necessity for onsite visits related to Requirement Gatherings, 3User Meetings, and End User Training will be subject to separate discussions and may incur additional charges.
Warranty: The warranty period of the solution will be One (1) calendar month from the date of Production Go Live. This will cover the support from our end for any issues encountered within the solution that we have implemented. Assuming support from the Customer to provide us with the expected information to identify, analyse, debug, and resolve the issues.
